The American criminal justice system continues to treat Black people as Three-Fifths of a person. The unrelenting criminalization of black people that seek freedom is imposed through systematic institutional practices that deny the full benefits of citizenship in the 21st century. Biases, immoral conduct and basic constitutional violations are ravishing our community. ERP wants full and fair rights granted to all.
