Clear acts of defiance of the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence

The actions of detective Jason Via under the authority of Springfield, Ohio police department, in tune with the actions of Lisa M. Hoying under the authority of the Clark County Ohio prosecutors office clearly are acts of defiance to the United States Constitution as well as its counterpart that was written to ensure those unalienable rights that Thomas Jefferson wrote about the declaration of independence.

These hired advocates of justice knowingly and willfully lied to the court to deprive me of my liberty and life. Me working a legitimate job as a journeyman Carpenter, being an Entrepreneur as well as an Advocate of recidivism prevention is my life and pursuit of happiness that was disregarded by these individuals. Together they decided that I did not deserve the unalienable rights that Thomas Jefferson wrote of and they willfully lied to deprive me of those rights.

What they did was no accident or mistake.

They knew the effects of their actions. The report of the investigation of the Ohio State Highway Patrol Sergeant states that he was notified by detective Jason Via of Springfield P.D. to assist with a possible traffic stop. He clearly states prior to the traffic stop he was advised that the suspect committed a turn signal violation while traveling eastbound on Harrison Street by Springfield Detective Jason Via. THE LIE! See Ohio State Highway Patrol Report of Investigation.

The Law Enforcement Arrest Report for Probable Cause Affidavit submitted to the Grand Jury by the Springfield, OH P.D. states that Ohio State Highway Patrol Sergeant Coverstone witnessed the turn signal violation. See Law Enforcement Arrest Report for Probable Cause Affidavit.

Dashcam Video

Not only was Springfield, OH P.D. fully aware that their Detective called in Sergeant and advised him of the alleged turn signal violation, they're also fully aware that Sergeant Coverstone 's dashcam video shows the turn signal on the passenger side mirror flashing as the car turned the corner at the exact location that Springfield Detective Jason Via advised Sergeant Coverstone the turn signal violation occurred. THE BLATANT LIE!

Malicious Intentions

To knowingly and willfully commit perjury to secure an indictment and conviction is malicious. The Springfield, OH P.D. was aware they were breaking the law, so they did not submit Sergeant Coverstone's Report of Investigation to the Grand Jury instead submitting only their false Probable Cause Affidavit.

Constitutional Violations

Clark County Prosecutor Lisa M. Hoying had full knowledge of the video proving the Probable Cause turn signal violation to be a lie. Her pursing charges with knowledge of these facts is a malicious act. According to the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct: Special Rules of Prosecutor Rule 3;8 "the prosecutor in a criminal case shall not do any of the following :(a) pursue or prosecute a charge that the prosecutor know is not supported by probable cause."

The word shall in this rule means to do without any discretion. This rule coheres with the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution as well as Article 1 Section 14 of the Ohio State Constitution.

The Springfield, OH P.D. Detectives and Clark County Prosecutor Lisa M. Hoying can not be trusted to enforce the law. My case clearly proves together they conspired to willfully defy the United States Constitution, Ohio Constitution and Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct: Special Rules of Prosecutor Rule and consciously do not follow the law.

This is a clear cut case of a FAILED, FLAWED, BIASED legal system with

no checks + no balance = no justice

The actions of Springfield Ohio Detectives, Prosecutors and Attorneys involved in this case all engaged in undeniably violating my civil rights. Am I not allowed the rights of every counted citizen? I am more than three fifths and demand to be treated as such.
