more than three fifths | e r p r o j e c t

Am I one of the 2 out of the 5 that don't get counted according to the Three Fifths Compromise of 1787?

The protection guaranteed by the IV Amendment of the U.S. Constitution does not apply to me I was told by paid defense attorney L. Patrick Mulligan. L. Patrick Mulligan's declaration is proven true because there is no documented or physical evidence to prove or suggest that I committed a crime. His declaration is proven true because though there is no evidence that I committed a crime, there are documents facts proving Springfield, OH Detective Jason Via willfully orchestrated a warrantless unlawful traffic stop and fabricated the probable cause turn signal violation.

A Look At The Three-Fifths Compromise

The Three-Fifths compromise was an agreement reached by the state delegates at the 1787 Constitutional Convention. Under the compromise, every enslaved American would be counted as three-fifths of a person for taxation and representation purposes. Three-Fifths Compromise objected to slavery as an institution, attempting to make provisions for equal representation with every five slaves being counted as three individuals in terms of representation, while ignoring the moral qualms in favor of unifying the states with enacting a constitutional clause that allowed slaveholders to “reclaim” enslaved people who escaped. By characterizing them as fugitives, this clause criminalized the enslaved individuals who ran away in quest of their freedom.

The ultimate price of ignoring moral qualms are the deafening harmful government policies that have continued to resonate for generations. 100 years after the Three-Fifths was comprise was passed the IV Amendment and V Amendment, nullified the comprise, the related causes but continues to be imposed through systematic institutional practices that this population continues to be denied the full benefits of citizenship to date. I Demand To Be Counted.

L. Patrick Mulligan's declaration that the IV Amendment did not apply to me has been proven true because Springfield, OH detectives willfully committed perjury by submitting false statements to the court in their affidavits for probable cause. Accompanied by the fact that the driver confessed that I had nothing to do with the drugs found in his car. I must be one of the two out of the five that don't get counted and awarded rights guaranteed by the constitution of the United States. Despite the dashcam video and documented evidence proving there was no probable cause to arrest me, Clark County prosecutor Lisa M. Hoying still pursued charges. By law, the IV Amendment of the United States Constitution asserts when it is proven the probable cause was a lie, there is no case.

L. Patrick Mulligan had the dashcam video that would get my case dismissed yet he never revealed the video to the court or me. He willfully withheld that video and told me there was no way he could wind my case. He and his associate Lindsey Arway coerced me to secure a plea deal for the prosecution.

If I was one of the three out of the five that are counted I would have been granted the protection of the rights guaranteed to every American and not be suffering this unlawful imprisonment.

They Lied. I demand accountability now.
